The power of perseverance

What is perseverance?

The dictionary defines it as “persistence in doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving success.”

As an Entrepreneur, you are going to face a lot of hiccups in your journey.

Let me share with you the story of a man.

When KFC entered in China,  along with  23 other  people, he too applied but was the only one to be dismissed . He failed 3 times in college . He applied 30 times to get a job but was the only one to get rejected every time. He applied 10 times to Harvard University but was rejected each time. That my friends was the same JACK MA, founder & Executive chairman of ALIBABA & Group who now ranks 33 on FORBES with $22billion. He rightly said that one should never give up because they failed .

Failure + Persistence =Success.

Now imagine yourself in his place, you would have been dejected, de-motivated and would have probably given up. But if you want to be an Entrepreneur, train your mind to get over failure as he did. Keep yourself motivated by memories of your achievements in life, be confident, trust your will, work on your abilities and thrive to go beyond your capability.

One very important thing that every entrepreneur should focus on is motivating yourself constantly by recording your own pitch and listening to it every morning, learning from it and always thinking of how to make it better.

These habits which will bring success to your doorstep. Never get satisfied with only one achievement, make that achievement a lesson of success and work harder to earn more achievements. Train yourself to make your personality brighter and smarter.  Whenever or wherever you pitch, you should be able to catch everybody’s attention. If you get success, it doesn’t mean you should always fly high, sometimes you need to bring yourself down in order to improve and to fly higher and higher.

The simple mantra of being successful is be determined, dedicated, perseverant and hard working.
